（中央社台北20日電）台灣駐斐濟代表處8日在當地舉行國慶酒會，中國大使館人員來鬧場，中華民國邦交國馬紹爾群島駐斐濟大使伊休達力挺台灣，指責中國不應挑釁，國外媒體記者則相繼於推特發文提及這起事件。
台灣駐斐濟代表處8日在當地太平洋大酒店（Grand Pacific Hotel）舉行國慶酒會，未受邀的中國大使館人員卻擅闖，雙方並發生肢體衝突。外交部證實此事，並提醒各駐外館提防「戰狼外交」。
針對中國使館人員的挑釁，斐濟媒體記者麥克雷倫（Nic Maclellan）在推特（Twitter）轉發香港自由記者何松濤（Ryan Ho Kilpatrick）的推文並說：「中國外交官在整個亞太地區的表現都很糟糕：2018年在諾魯（Nauru）舉行的太平洋島國論壇（Pacific Islands Forum）集體退席，在大溪地（Tahiti）的領事館與房東發生爭執，在莫士比港（Pom）2018亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）被攆出巴布亞紐幾內亞外長辦公室。其他國家的霸凌更加隱約！」

馬紹爾群島（The Marshall Islands）駐斐濟大使伊休達（Albon Ishoda）連發兩則推文回應麥克雷倫說：「正如麥克雷倫@ MaclellanNic所說，這不是中華人民共和國在這個地區，令人反感地宣稱他們主張的首起事件。我們承認台灣是獨立國家，並且視中華民國貿易代表團具有地區代表性意義。」
他的第2則回應推文說：「不能容許中華人民共和國每次覺得被台灣的『顏色』冒犯時就這樣幹，簡而言之，他們沒有受到邀請，因此中華民國的顏色不應讓他們感到『受挑釁』。」
何松濤的推文則說：「剛從今天的（中國）外交部記者會得知：北京解釋稱，在蘇瓦（Suva，斐濟首都）不可能有涉及中國和台灣的外交官事件，因為『台灣在斐濟沒有所謂的外交官』，中國大使館工作人員被有中華民國國旗的蛋糕激怒了。」並於推文附上中國外交部發言人趙立堅的英文版說法。
「澳洲廣播公司」（ABC）記者德齊奇（Stephen Dziedzic）發推文指出：「有趣。太平洋大酒店打架事件後，斐濟警方不再調查中國大使館對台灣外交官的投訴。警方稱『此事目前正由外交層級處理』。」
台灣外交部則是在今天下午補充說明指出，有關斐濟事件，駐館已正式向斐濟警政署備案，完成提告前必要程序，台灣雖未提告，但若中國繼續有任何對台不利舉措，台灣絕不妥協、追究到底。（譯者：曹宇帆/核稿：劉學源）1091020
