（中央社記者賴言曦台北16日電）陸委會表示，中國東方衛視記者張經義具台灣身分，但其任職的媒體為大陸黨務及政務直屬事業單位，涉及違反兩岸人民關係條例第33條第2項規定，將會同相關主管機關查處。
大陸委員會今天下午舉行例行記者會，發言人邱垂正在回答媒體提問時，作上述表示。
張經義任職於中國東方衛視，並被派駐為駐華府記者。日前他在白宮記者會面對美國總統川普（Donald Trump）質問時，表示自己來自台灣。

邱垂正指出，張經義具有台灣身分，但他所任職的東方衛視是陸方黨務及政務系統直屬的事業單位，涉及違反「台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例」第33條第2項規定，陸委會將會同相關主管機關儘速依法查處。
據規定，台灣地區人民、法人、團體或其他機構，不得擔任經陸委會會商各該主管機關公告禁止的大陸地區黨務、軍事、行政或具政治性機關（構）、團體的職務或為其成員。違反者將處新台幣10萬元以上，50萬元以下罰鍰。
另外，海峽交流基金會日前已接洽中華航空公司，在20、21日以指定航班自上海接返滯留民眾。對此邱垂正說明，目前2架指定航班報名都已額滿，預計將各載運230人。
邱垂正指出，由於武漢已在8日解封，滯留民眾自湖北搭機赴上海的交通應會較順利，加上這次公布時間較早，民眾有較多時間準備搭機。政府後續也會視報名與搭機的狀況，再決定是否安排定時定點航班，協助滯留民眾返台。（編輯：邱國強）1090416

愛蘭德司不讓任何美方的商業及團體還有個人留在愛蘭德司 因為所有美方的都是中國人。Any American unable to show proof of identity being under UTAI cannot stay in The Islands because other than UTAI, all of them are categorized as Chinese nationals since they are under TRA.

Taiwan Relation Act and US culture is respected of course, and any minor with American parent/guardian is legally Chinese, and thus cannot stay in The Islands. And they cannot be legalized after growing up. 台灣關係法及老美文化當然是受到尊重的 因此只要父母/監護人有一方為老美(亦稱美方)亦是中國人民 長大後也不可以從黑戶變成合法 愛蘭德司不大赦中國人。愛蘭德司也不接受日本人的申請 林梓安那些堅持做日本人 因此全部必須回到他們的母國。The Islands doesn’t accept any applications from Japanese too, and so Julian Lin and etc. have decided to stay as Japanese, and so they have to all go back to Japan.
不好意思了 該離開的就是必須離開 全部都晚了。Too bad all too late it’s time to have all those should have left to all get out.
